This candle is made with a low temp wax that begins to melt at just 38–42°C, close to the warmth of your own skin. The wax pooling at the centre usually sits at around 42–48°C. As each drop falls, it cools on its way through the air, so by the time it reaches the skin it is mostly around 40–45°C, a soft, enveloping warmth rather than a sharp heat. Pour from higher up and the drops arrive cooler; pour from closer and they feel warmer, so you're always in control. A NOTE ON HOW IT'S MEANT TO BE USED
Light the candle on a heat-resistant surface and let a small pool of wax form, then blow out the flame before pouring. Always test a drop on your inner wrist first, and pour slowly from a height of around 30cm. The higher you hold it, the gentler the warmth. Everyone feels warmth differently, so start high and move closer only if it feels comfortable. Keep it away from the face, eyes, hair, intimate areas, and any broken or sensitive skin, and do a small patch test if you have sensitive skin. Never leave a lit candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, fabrics, and anything flammable.

CARE
Trim the wick to around 5mm before each use. Burn for no more than [X] hours at a time, and always extinguish fully before leaving the room. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, which can soften the petals. To remove cooled wax from fabric, place a paper towel over it and press gently with a warm iron.
