FAQ

How does the heat-reactive colour work?

The paw tip and loop have a temperature-sensitive finish. At room temperature they rest in deep wine, and they bloom into red wherever they're warmed, such as by the palm of your hand. As they cool, they return to wine. How quickly and how vividly the colour shifts depends on body and room temperature.

Is it easy to handle?

Yes. At just 60g, with a soft, padded paw tip and a flexible braided shaft, Ember is light, well balanced, and easy to control. Always start gently and go at your own pace.

What's it made from?

The paw tip and hanging loop are made from PU vegan leather with a heat-reactive finish. The braided shaft is flexible and lightweight, and the handle has polished gold-tone metal end caps.

How do I clean and store it?

Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use and let it air dry. Avoid alcohol, harsh cleaners, hot water, and direct sunlight, which can weaken the heat-reactive finish. Hang it by the loop or store it flat, away from sharp objects.
